- If your shipment was delayed in any way due to the reasons stated above, Brown Pride Tattoo, UPS, and USPS are not liable for any form of reimbursement on shipping charges.

- We will not be responsible for any packages lost or stolen if there was no “Signature Required” service on the package, or tracking information details mark as "Delivered".
